I USED TO BE A SPORTY SPICE

Hiya everyone, ive been good and have another post for you! Today Chris and i were up pretty early as our two wee bunnies were going to the vets to get their bits snipped! Originally, we thought they were both girlies, but, we only recently found out they arent! When bunnies are babies its quite hard to tell if they are male or female. So we had to get them in for 9 and when we arrived we were way to early and had to sit in the car for a little while. It was so cute though, Tommy didnt like being in his box so we let him poke his head out. Cheekily, he jumped out so i held him and he was snuggling right into me and leaning his head against me. He dosent mind cuddles usually, but they are normally quite quick and on his terms if he wants them. So, there we were sitting in a carpark outside Pets at Homes holding and stroking a rabbit. They werent in for long but they are very docile right now as they were obviously under anaesthetic. As soon as we got home we put them in their cages to rest with a big bowl of veg & herbs!

So while we were waiting to be called to pick our babies up (i honestly feel like a parent everytime we go to the vets, what the hell am i going to be like when im a real one?) we ran a few errands that needed to be sorted out and went for a spot of lunch. We went to our favourite restaurant Amarettos' as they have a really good meal deal/lunch menu. I for once decided to be adventurous and try something new. I always re-order the same thing in EVERY place i eat. Was it a good decision? Yes and no. I had pork with a green pesto, lemon pasta. I really loved the pork it was super juicy and i love pesto! But the lemon touch was too much for me, i think i will order it again but ask for no lemon to be added!

So lets talk about todays outfit choice and the post title. I AM NOT at all into the sport trend, i personally really dont get it and this is as much "sport trend" you will get out of me. I need to try and make the outfits for these shoes as un-sporty as i can. But when i seen these beautiful DC "low tops" in tkmaxx i could not resist them! For some reason, it was like love at first sight. When i was younger i really wanted a pair but at the time my mum couldnt afford the prices of them! The prices of these really helped kick off my new found love affair for them, £84.99 down to £24.99! I love the colour of them plus, they are seriously some of the comfiest shoes i have ever worn. They are just amazing. Originally i was going to wear a pinkish crop top from Topshop but it was more a burgundy purplish pink. So i thought this top would match perfectly with the blue in my shoes. When i was younger i was really really into sports, i was pretty much the sport kid in my class aswell. So that is why i have names it i used to be a sporty spice :P Plus im now very unfit :P

ALL YOU NEED IS ROCK

Hiya everyone, you all good? Ive had another good day and again its been all thanks to Chris! He took me to one of my favourite restaurants in Balloch near Loch Lommond called Balloch House. Its amazing!!! If you are ever in area i really recommend you to visit. Its a restaurant and a b&b, its right on the river side and has some beautiful views all the way around. Theres also a footpath you can walk, which we have yet to venture along. Its old traditional food with a fancy twist, it really is too good. I had a lamb shank pie which was delicious and we had a sharing platter for starter. It had lamb meatballs, chicken strips, breaded mushrooms, belly pork and some breaded sticks with a cheesey sweet onion sauce. Chris had a burger (again) with chips. We then went to the cinema to see Iran Man 3! We both loooove all of these types of movies and really could not wait to see it.

Our honest opinion on the film is, that yes it was good and of course is typically Iron Man BUT not as good as the first two! I honestly believe there is an explanation for this though. There is meant to be another avengers film and there are more of the avengers releasing individual films. So i think its to give some of the rest of the other avengers some limelight with their films. What do you think? Have you seen it? If so, what is your opinion on the film?

Again we have some lovely weather for photographing! I put this outfit together a couple of weeks ago when me and Chris went to his dads work to do some corporate photography for college. I thought i should look smart and presentably but with my own style and a twist. Its also what i wore when i done my first wedding job. Like i said in my previous post, i really like to smarten casual things up and casual smart things down. I thought it was time i wore this suit aswell, which i got agesss ago. I had my eye on it for ages and snapped it up when it went into the sale. Today i just want something comfy as my feet have sores from wearing my black heeled brogues the other day.

TAKE ME TO HARD ROCK BECAUSE I HAVE SPIKES ON MY BOOTS

Hey everyone, sorry i havent posted in a while! The wireless has been down because (maybe some of you have the same problem) virgin media are having issues at the moment. Which is really really annoying and to be honest virgin is crap. They do not have the best connection! We are always having problems with our internet... We have an internet wire atm so i have currently plugged my macbook into router. Plus my head has been so full of college work aswell. Ive just been having doubts im not good enough or im not going to be able to pass! But im sure i will everyone has negativity creep into their minds. I am pretty on top of things at college though, i have all my research done for all the subjects now i just need to focus on getting my photos. I know what kind of photos i want aswell so im not really in that much of a bad position! Soon i promise ill do a photography post but like i said my heads so full of things and i have photos from the summer ive STILL to go through and edit and what not if they need small touches.

So apart form having no internet and worrying about college work ive been keeping myself bust with keeping on top of washing, which is such a pain in the colder months but i have gotten myself into a pretty good routine this year. Plus ive been cooking some awesome meals aswell. I really do love cooking, its definitely one of my hobbies and ive never really expressed that on my blog before. But i have decided that also i am going to start posting about what i cook, take photos and maybe explain how i do it. The way i cook i dont follow rules or measurements its just guest work! But it seems to have been working so far so im not changing it lol :P I might make it a feature the same way i am doing with Chris picking my outfits, what do you guys think? Would you like to see it as a feature once a week or just a regular thing i post about from time to time?

So this is what i wore about 2 weeks ago, ive been wanting to wear these DIY spiked boots for a while but ive been ever so nervous about the spikes falling off! And because of that i sort of walk funny in them... Towards the end of the day though i was walking fine. THe annoying thing was id walked so carefully in them ALL DAY and i then actually kick one off with my other foot! What a pain. I copied this idea form a brand called KANDEE, at the time i didnt have the money to get their pair even in the sale! I really love Hard Rock Cafe aswell, i go whenever there is one in the area and i really love this skirt so i tough it would all go! Tbh my inspiration for this outfit is because the top and skirt were hanging together on the washing rack! I though it would look quite cool adding something a bit darker and rocky to the skirt aswell. Chris did actually get me this skirt in the sale for £6! I loved it when i seen it so he just picked it up and bought it for me bless him.
