AN AUTUMN SHOOT

A few weeks ago a friend contacted me and asked if i would take her photos for her Make up assignments. Of course i said yes! I really want to get as many fashion/beauty shots as i can as theres really where i want to specialise. I really am in love with it, not as in a girly girl way so that means of course i love it. Especially when i see editorial photography my eyes just light up and i have a little buzz inside of me.  So anyway, back to the photos! Her first assignment is i think called Autumn and is mainly about the hair and of course to do with Autumn. She got her friend to model for her, who i think has a gorgeous colour of hair that really matches this assignment! It goes so well with the colours of Autumn. I edited them with an orangey tinge to match the theme and the season. I also helped with the styling, the cardi, glasses and bag are mine. I hope you all like them! Im so proud of them because its my first time ever taking photos for someone and doing something a bit fashioney and beauty wise. Plus ive grown in so much confidence in using photoshop now. Please give me any feedback aswell. So here they are! Dont for get to like my photography page on facebook!

TAKE ME TO HARD ROCK BECAUSE I HAVE SPIKES ON MY BOOTS

Hey everyone, sorry i havent posted in a while! The wireless has been down because (maybe some of you have the same problem) virgin media are having issues at the moment. Which is really really annoying and to be honest virgin is crap. They do not have the best connection! We are always having problems with our internet... We have an internet wire atm so i have currently plugged my macbook into router. Plus my head has been so full of college work aswell. Ive just been having doubts im not good enough or im not going to be able to pass! But im sure i will everyone has negativity creep into their minds. I am pretty on top of things at college though, i have all my research done for all the subjects now i just need to focus on getting my photos. I know what kind of photos i want aswell so im not really in that much of a bad position! Soon i promise ill do a photography post but like i said my heads so full of things and i have photos from the summer ive STILL to go through and edit and what not if they need small touches.

So apart form having no internet and worrying about college work ive been keeping myself bust with keeping on top of washing, which is such a pain in the colder months but i have gotten myself into a pretty good routine this year. Plus ive been cooking some awesome meals aswell. I really do love cooking, its definitely one of my hobbies and ive never really expressed that on my blog before. But i have decided that also i am going to start posting about what i cook, take photos and maybe explain how i do it. The way i cook i dont follow rules or measurements its just guest work! But it seems to have been working so far so im not changing it lol :P I might make it a feature the same way i am doing with Chris picking my outfits, what do you guys think? Would you like to see it as a feature once a week or just a regular thing i post about from time to time?

So this is what i wore about 2 weeks ago, ive been wanting to wear these DIY spiked boots for a while but ive been ever so nervous about the spikes falling off! And because of that i sort of walk funny in them... Towards the end of the day though i was walking fine. THe annoying thing was id walked so carefully in them ALL DAY and i then actually kick one off with my other foot! What a pain. I copied this idea form a brand called KANDEE, at the time i didnt have the money to get their pair even in the sale! I really love Hard Rock Cafe aswell, i go whenever there is one in the area and i really love this skirt so i tough it would all go! Tbh my inspiration for this outfit is because the top and skirt were hanging together on the washing rack! I though it would look quite cool adding something a bit darker and rocky to the skirt aswell. Chris did actually get me this skirt in the sale for £6! I loved it when i seen it so he just picked it up and bought it for me bless him.

IM JUST ANOTHER FASHION GEEK

So ive been wanting glasses like these for a long time! So when i seen that Asos had some in their sale for £3! I couldnt resist! Ive always liked geek chic, but i think its because im quite awkward as a person and get in peoples way. So i feel out of alot of styles out there it kind of really suits my personality. We've had some quite nice weather recently in Scotland it makes me so much happier and enthused to take outfit photos, it inspires me more. Ive also started to gain more confidence in front of the camera to pose and move around more. I think it really takes something to be able to do that. Ive always had a tad jealousy of other bloggers who have been able to move around and create some awesome poses. I now feel that i can also do this though so im glad. 

I really have got an obsession with this cardigan, i love the style and thickness of it! My little envelope box bag aswell, when  first purchased it, it was totally an impulse buy. I never thought id get any wear out of it and i recently really seem to be able to get use out of it, so im pretty happy! Ive also noticed with my style i really like to mix prints and i do! So many people have commented on it and said good mixture of prints so i think im starting to recognise what my style is maybe becoming, having a bit of a signature look to it.  Im really loving the aztec prints this season and im glad my cardigan is like that, i never meant to buy it just because it was like that. My boyfriend is also getting into the aztec prints, with this jumper and polo shirt hes just got. Im also having fun taking pic of my Chris while he takes photos of me aswell, also means i get to practice my photography :) Scroll down to see me.

I'M GOING TO WAR

So i wore this outfit yesterday, the name for the post came from Chris as he said i looked like i was heading to war, so thank you Chris. I never got the chance to post it because me and Chris went to see Men in Black 3, which is a brilliant film! Chris wasnt that impressed because he dosent think it was as funny as the first two. I enjoyed it though! We went to a latish viewing and it finished about tenish, but went to macdonalds for something to eat as were quite hungry. So by the time we got home it was pretty late! Yesterday during the day we were taken to lunch by Chris's grandparents to Harvesters. Had some lovely salad covered in a sauce called "red devil" and a full rack of ribs! mmmm a fat day! I am trying to keep the jogging thing up, im going to go for a run later today and do some sit ups tomorrow. 

I know im a pretty lazy blogger, im going to start posting more and putting more effort into posting as i do generally dress up everyday and aim to put it on my blog. I dont know why i dont though because i do want to blog some more :) 

I took some photos of my gorgeous boyfriend yesterday aswell, of what he was wearing, since ive met him hes changed his wardrobe so much he wants to re-vamp it. Im not going to lie i do have something to do with it but i didnt pressure him to change he wanted too and now i think hes getting pretty sexy :P He got this cardigan yesterday and is now his new obsession also! I cant stop wearing this cardigan ether its definitely my new obsession :)
